Since February 2026 we have been partnering with Jarov Secondary Technical School, hosting student internships right inside Volter.
We support students from their very first year and lead them through experiences with real purpose. They are not just observers of production — they get to see the real workshop floor, learn new skills, and help build products that help people with limited mobility. Our goal isn't only to pass on experience, but also to motivate the next generation to see technical trades as a meaningful, future-proof path.
